About the CIRP

SVP Industries Limited (“Corporate Debtor”, “SVPIL”) is a Private Limited Company incorporated on 09.01.2019. It is classified as non-govt. company and is registered at Registrar of Companies, Uttar Pradesh. The Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing and markets alcoholic beverages, industrial alcohol, and related chemical byproducts.

Hon’ble NCLT vide its order dated 14.07.2026 admitted the application under Section 9 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 to initiate the CIRP process for SVP Industries Limited (Corporate Debtor) and appointed Mr. Bhoopesh Gupta, with registration No. IBBI/IPA-002/IPN01011/2020-21/13267 as Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) for conducting the CIRP process for the Corporate Debtor.

However, subsequently, the Hon’ble NCLT vide its order dated 02.09.2026 appointed the undersigned, Mr. Bhoopesh Gupta having Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P01468/2018-2019/12271 as Resolution Professional (RP) with effect from 02.09.2026, while the said order was received by the undersigned on 03.09.2026.

In accordance with Section 17 of the Code, upon commencement of CIRP, the powers of the Board of Directors of SVP Industries Limited stand suspended and are now vested with Mr. Bhoopesh Gupta (RP). Henceforth, the management and control of the Corporate Debtor lies entirely with Mr. Bhoopesh Gupta, Resolution Professional of the Corporate Debtor.
